At Baby World, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

📅 Return Window

Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

 

✅ Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

 

• • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.

• • It must be in the original packaging.

🔄 Non-Returnable Items

The following product categories cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons:

1. 1. Assembled Strollers (Unassembled ones can be returned within 7 days with box intact)

💡 Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in cases such as:

 

• • Product with visible signs of use

• • Items not in original condition

• • Damaged or missing parts not due to our error

1. 1. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund will be initiated (minus return shipping charges if applicable).

 

🚫 Shipping Costs

 

• • Return shipping charges are borne by the customer.

• • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.

 

🚚 Shipping Tips

For high-value returns, we recommend:

 

• • Using a trackable courier service

• • Purchasing shipping insurance

We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item if tracking is unavailable.

 

📦 Order Cancellations

You can fully or partially cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once shipped, the return policy will apply.
